What is Professional E-Archiving?

In accordance with Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, Article 22 of Presidential Decree 600/1973 and Article 39 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, Presidential Decree 17 June 2014 (electronic storage), the entity obliged to issue and receive electronic invoices is required to store them for 10 years.

For electronic invoices, the fulfillment includes:

of electronic invoices during the reporting period

PAIRING

each invoice to the corresponding accounting entry

ARCHIVING PACKAGES

an XML file composed of the set of info that allow to connect in a unique way each invoice to the corresponding accounting entry

SAVING

on an AgiD certified server the e-invoices and the archiving packages for 10 years

ARCHIVING HANDBOOK

where the organizational structure is described, identified the entities responsible for conservation delegated by the company, and the rules adopted for conservation purposes

FAQ

What documentation is needed?

To start the project with Maxtrino simply provide:
• All electronic invoices to be kept;
• The journal and the VAT records of the reference period in EXCEL or even PDF format (editable)
• List of suppliers and customers

Where are the documents stored?

The documents are kept at Numera SpA (BPER Group) partner of Maxtrino.

Numera is a conservator certifed by AgID (Agenzia per il Digitale).

How long will it take?

It takes from two to three weeks, including information collection, mid-term checks, the preparation of the Conservation Manual, the completion of deposit packages and the generation of the project report for the customer.
