Pursuant to art. 2220 of the civil code, article 22 of Presidential Decree 600/1973 and article 39 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, of the Ministerial Decree of 17 June 2014 (digital archiving) and subsequent amendments, the subject obliged to issue and receive electronic invoices is required, as well as for other paper accounting documents, to keep it in store for at least 10 years.

Generation of a composite XML file from the set of information they allow to uniquely connect each one invoice with the corresponding accounting entry.

ARCHIVING

on an AgiD certified server of electronic invoices and packages payment for 10 years.

where the organizational structure is described and key people responsible for conservation are identified. Where all rules and criteria adopted for the purposes of conservation are described.

FAQ

What documentation is needed?

To start the project with Maxtrino simply provide:
• All electronic invoices to be kept;
• The journal and the VAT records of the reference period in EXCEL or even PDF format (editable)
• List of suppliers and customers

Where are the documents stored?

The documents are kept at Numera SpA (BPER Group) partner of Maxtrino.

Numera is a conservator certifed by AgID (Agenzia per il Digitale).

How long will it take?

It takes from two to three weeks, including information collection, mid-term checks, the preparation of the Conservation Manual, the completion of deposit packages and the generation of the project report for the customer.
